Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of classadmin.io (the “Service”), operated by The Online Master (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation (the “Customer”).

The Service

classadmin.io is a multi-tenant platform that helps education businesses run online tutoring: managing subjects, teachers, families, batches, and schedules; creating calendar events with video links through connected accounts; and preparing invoices. We may change or improve features over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to your organisation.
• Accounts are for organisations and their staff and members, not for resale.

Customer data and responsibilities

• The Customer owns the data it enters and retains all rights to it. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• The Customer is responsible for having the right to provide that data to us, including any consent needed for information about children, and for the accuracy of schedules, fees, and contact details.
• The Customer is responsible for its own communications with parents and students sent through the Service.

Meeting links and connected services

classadmin.io does not create or manage meetings on your behalf. You are responsible for creating and pasting your own meeting link (Google Meet, Zoom, or otherwise) onto each batch. The Service may also integrate with third parties you choose to connect, such as a payment provider or a messaging provider; your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. You can disconnect any such integration at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to send unsolicited or deceptive messages;
• attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, probe or breach security, or disrupt the Service;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

Fees

Fees, billing frequency, and any trial terms are those set out in your plan or order with us. Payment processing between a Customer and the families it serves runs through the Customer’s own connected payment provider; we are not a party to those payments.

Intellectual property

We own the Service and all related software and materials, excluding Customer data. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that connected third-party services will always function.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice as set out in the applicable plan. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a material breach of these terms or for conduct that risks harm to the Service or other users. On termination we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes will be notified to account administrators; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different jurisdiction is stated in your plan.
